Project one

The EquipKing Center.

Ten thousand square feet of empty floor above a working workshop — and the single step that unlocks more of this model than anything else we could build.

Why this one first

A floor is not the point.
What happens on it is.

Every part of this model needs a room. Right now most of them are borrowed, improvised or too small.

Apprentices are taught wherever there is space. The assembly gathers in a place that has outgrown it. Business training happens across a table in an office that is needed for something else an hour later. It works, and it does not scale — and it is the reason we cannot take more people than we currently do.

The floor sits directly above a working company. That proximity is the whole design: a person can come off the workshop floor, walk upstairs into a Bible study, and be back at their bench in the afternoon. Discipleship stops being an evening activity you drive to and becomes part of the working day.

It also gives the assembly a permanent, secure place to meet — which matters more each year, and matters most to the local believers who have the least protection.

We own the building. There is no rent, no landlord who can change his mind, and no lease to renew in a harder political season. What is spent here does not evaporate.

Where the funding stands

Built in three phases.

Each phase produces a working building on its own. A gift moves the current phase forward rather than waiting on the whole.

Phase 1 Seven rooms built out
$100,000

Training rooms, language classrooms and space for new businesses to be incubated. This is the phase that lets the apprenticeship run properly for the first time.

Raised $20,00020% funded

Phase 2 Classrooms, kitchen and community space
$125,000

Three more classrooms, male and female bathrooms, a co-working space, and a kitchen with a dining and community area — the room where most of the discipleship actually happens.

Raised $00% funded

Phase 3 The large community and conference rooms
$75,000

A hall big enough for the whole assembly to gather, and a conference room for planning, training weeks and visiting partners.

Raised $00% funded

Total, all three phases $20,000 of $300,000
