Turning businesses at home into feeder systems for the network. You do not have to move to Central Asia to be part of this — your company, your trade and your team can supply what the field cannot generate on its own.

Why this is worth sharing in
Not the gift.
The fruit that increases to your account.
Paul thanks the Philippians for their money and then says something strange about it: “Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that increases to your account.” He is more interested in what their giving does to them than in what it does for him.
It is not consumption
A gift here does not get used up. It buys a floor, seeds a company, trains someone who will train someone else. The thing you paid for keeps working after the money is spent.
It is not charity
Our businesses pay real, fair local wages and aim to carry themselves. Where a gift subsidises one, it is buying capacity that will generate its own — not filling a hole.
It is credited somewhere
Paul’s accounting is not metaphorical. Transformed households and reached people are entered against the account of those who made them possible.
Which is why we would rather have partners than donors, and why we would rather tell you what happened than tell you what is missing.

Current projects
Three opportunities to share in the work.
Deliberately not a long list. Two are gifts and one is an investment, and they do different jobs — one finishes a building, one keeps the work running, and one starts a business in a city that does not have us yet. Each is a place at the work, not a line on a budget.
The EquipKing Center build-out
Finishing the empty second floor above our workshop — roughly ten thousand square feet of raw space — and turning it into the training and assembly hub the whole model runs through.

The Ministry Fund
The monthly cost of the gospel work itself — the part that will never be profitable and should never have to be. Ongoing partners, not one-off gifts.

Language schools
Assisting the first language school and preparing to launch the second. Each one gives a team a legitimate reason to be in its city, an income, and a room full of students every week.

- Mentorship for the teachers who will run them

How the investment fund works
A gift that becomes capital,
and then does it again.
You give to the fund and receive the same tax treatment as any other gift. The fund then places that money into the new business as a low-interest loan on favourable terms rather than as a donation.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. A business funded by real investment has legal standing and a clean explanation for where its capital came from — which is exactly what a new venture in this part of the world needs in order to be left alone to work.
And when the business repays, the money does not leave. It returns to the fund and starts the next one.
